Steps to Create ACS West Vantaca Account for Birkdale

1. Call the HOA supplier, ACS West, at 804-282-7451 during business hours. Tell them you are ready to set up your Vantaca account.

2. ACS will ask for your name, address and e-mail address.

3. ACS will create an account for you in Vantaca using your e-mail address.

4. Once you have that from ACS, enter this website in your browser to login to the ACS West Vantaca website: https://home.acswest.org/login

5. When you enter the website, select the button to ‘Login with Password’. 

6. Login using the e-mail you gave ACS as the login, and the password ACS gave you.

Once you are on the site you will see your account balance and other informaton. You can change your password. ACS can explain the other features in the tool like how to switch to no paper invoices.

Birkdale is a planned community of over 650 homes in western Chesterfield County in the Hull St. corridor. The development was named for the Royal Birkdale Golf Course in England, and it is built around a privately owned golf course and lakes.
